Let's begin by talking about what aphrodisiacs are, and what they can do for you when put to use in the proper manner. Aphrodisiacs work on both male and female subjects, and in this case you will want to use them to achieve two desired effects: Make you "the man" in bed, and to make her horny.

The reason for using an aphrodisiac is to create sexual arousal by eating or smelling the particular substance that can produce the desired effects. Musk - Musk is believed to closely resemble the smell of testosterone, which is the male pheromone that attracts women, so if you can stand the smell of it (I can't) wear some musk.
